She served as a board member for East Oakland Youth Development Center for 16 years providing event planning, and nonprofit management expertise. Her work with the East Bay AIDS Walk for 5 years included event planning, marketing and public relations, and grant writing which resulted in a 200% increase in funding.

Adriann J. McCall is currently the CEO of Adriann McCall Public Relations. Her previous experience
includes positions with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Get Screened
Oakland/Office of the Mayor of Oakland, Saint Mary’s College, Amtrak West, the Bay Area Urban
League, the American Cancer Society and The United Way.
She founded her own consulting firm, Adriann McCall Public Relations in 2000, which provides public relations and marketing services for small businesses, individuals, corporations, events and nonprofit organizations.
Adriann holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) degree from the University of San Francisco. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and a Public Relations Management Certificate from New York University.
